Grapevine Coventry and Warwickshire

Grapevine Coventry and Warwickshire is an award-winning charity based in a 15th century terrace in Spon End, one of the oldest parts of the city of Coventry.

Grapevine was set up in 1994 as a project of Coventry and Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency. Grapevine became a charity in its own right in 2004, but kept the co-operative ethos.

“Our vision is of people and communities with the energy and confidence to tackle challenges and take opportunities. We help all kinds of people experiencing isolation, poverty and disadvantage to do this for themselves and others around them.”

Grapevine is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. They have a Board of Trustees, half of whose members have learning disabilities. They are responsible for the governance of Grapevine.
