We’re always looking for qualified trainers with experience in and commitment to the principles and practice of community organising.
To become a National Academy of Community Organising trainer, you will need to:
- Become a member of Community Organisers.
- Attend a three-day course on how to run quality training in community organising.
- Hold a relevant qualification for teaching adults.
- Have the equivalent of at least two years’ full-time experience as a community organiser and hold a recognised qualification in community organising, or be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the theory of community organising.
