Unleashing the Potential – The COEP Learning Report
The Community Organisers Expansion Programme (COEP) was a programme funded by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport between 2017 and 2020. It's ambition was to train 3,500 people in community organising with the outcome of building a strong democratic society where people engage in collective community action and effect social change.
This report, is a compilation of learning from across the COEP written by Marilyn Taylor, Mandy Wilson, Tricia Zipfel and Paulette Singer. The report presents the context for the programme, the foundations that it sought to build on and the achievements and learning over the three year period.
