My name is Joanna and I work at Lincoln City Foundation Social Action Hub as a project lead and a trainer. I have a great deal of experience in community organising work, having worked as a community organiser since 2014 in the Sincil Bank area of Lincoln. Between May 2014 and September 2017, I have worked in the neighbourhood listening to local people and supporting them taking action on issues that matter to them. In September 2017, Lincoln City Foundation became a Social Action Hub, where we train and support volunteer community organisers across the City of Lincoln, including young people aged 16-24.
I am a qualified trainer with the Award in Education and Training, which I successfully completed in December 2017.
