My name is Joanna and I work at Lincoln City FC Sport & Education (LCFCSET) Trust Social Action Hub as a project lead and a trainer. I have a great deal of experience in Community Organising work, having worked as a Community Organiser since 2014 in the Sincil Bank area of Lincoln. Between May 2014 and September 2017, I have worked in the neighbourhood listening to local people and supporting them taking action on issues that matter to them. In September 2017, LCFCSET became a Social Action Hub, where we train and support volunteer Community Organisers across the City of Lincoln, including young people aged 16-24.
I am a qualified trainer with the Award in Education and Training, which I successfully completed in December 2017.
