Power and Voice in the Economy

In the last of our Winter Assembly Series, we explored what it means to have power and voice in the economy.

We all want a fair say in the decisions that shape our lives — at work, in our communities, and in the wider economy. Yet more and more people feel powerless as prices rise, wages stagnate, and wealth concentrates in fewer hands.

Together, we asked: How do we reclaim our voice in the economy — and what forms of collective power can we build to ensure that everyone has a fair share and a fair say?

Participants heard from people with firsthand experience of building power and voice in the economy and we deliberated together.
